– you need to select icon from icon metabox in add/edit package window ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/adding-new-package/ ), then need to use [icon] tag in link or page template
– you can create new page template or client current template, remove the button with another one and save, more details is here: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/integrated-templates/
– you have to do that editing css
– the homepage build with an add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/

yes, we are coming with easy solution with next update, but if you need now, you need to do following:

delete option “_wpdm_etpl”
then update template “/templates/wpdm-email-lock-template.html”
now, deactivate and reactivate download manager.

no limit from wpdm pro, but it could be from your server, please ask server support to increase max upload size limit.

file with remote url can’t be forced to download, as that is totally depends on remote host

sorry, no. but in pro version you can do that, of course you will need micro-form addon ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-micro-form/ ) too to build captcha form

if curl activate but not asking for license key, means all file not uploaded properly. if you were using free version earlier, then delete free version or current installation files first then install pro again.

Actually you will never need that feature, as wpdm pro already has clone option. You can create a package with default settings, then every time you need to create another package, you can clone previous one or the default one.
