Hello
I have some Problems with the Downloadmanager.
I tried a different one (WP-Filebase) but with this one I have only problems, doesn’t work (only on my new webpage).
So I found WPDM. I installed it and added some files (why every file by themself? I have around 40 files and have to add them one for one?). With categories and subcategories. Now I add the tag [wpdm_tree] to my download page. but nothing will be shown ๐Ÿ™
If I add [wpdm_all_packages] it shows every file.
Why does the tree doesn’t works?

Here is the URL: http://www.staedtlifaeger.ch/downloads
But now I activated WP-Filebase again, because WPDM shows only a empty page.

But I don’t think it’s your plugin which doesn’t works.
I think it’s the theme I use. Because if I use an other theme, everything works.

I am having similar problems with the download manager. I have tried both [wpdm_all_packages] and [wpdm_tree] and my files does’nt show on my assigned page

Did anyone get answers to this? I am having the same problem? Where do I find a list of all the short codes?

I have just downloaded this Plugin as it sound as though it will do everything I need for a large website I am just building. However I am having problems with downloading PDF files using the [wpdm_tree] short code. I can see the categories and on clicking the category, I can see the files. However, when I click yo download any file, the screen goes dark, but nothing is downloaded. If I use the normal short codes showing all the PDF files, they download perfectly.

I’m using WordPress 3.5.2 on a Macbook Pro .

Thanks

Hi Shaon.
The short code [wpdm_tree] is now working okay. Don’t know what changed but it’s fine now. Only issue is that the folders and content fine name fonts are all very small. Is there any way to increase the sizes to look the same size as when using {wpdm_category=training}? (See attached screenshots)

Thanks

Iain
