Hi, short-code is a bit different in pro. But in pro you even don’t need to attached short-code with post as pro version have its own download details page and you can easily customize link and page template from wp admin downloads templates section. but if you need support for short-code of free version in pro, please add following line at the end of /plugins/download-manager/functions.php

add_shortcode(“wpdm_file”,”wpdm_package_link”);

It is certainly server related issue. there are no limitation in file size for upload and download.

For now only admin user will able able to manage all files, but from next version we are planning to add the option, like you will be able to add an user as wpdm admin to manage downlods.

that will be something with server. nothing to do with wpdm.

quickest solution is disable notice display in your server.

as it packed now, wpdm pro collect email addresses (only email, not name or other info) without creating wp user and you can export email and import those to mailchimp, salesforce or other crm system. But if want name too, we can do that but will require custom upgrade if you need urgent, otherwise we will add “Name” besides email with next update (next update coming within 2 weeks).

actually there are no limit. try deactivate and re-activating plugin

you need to delete the option “_fm_categories” from “wp_options” table manually for now to reset categories

you may check your spam dir or check if your server blocking emails somehow.
