WPDM doesn’t apply specific order for categories, it is as wp returned. However, you may use any taxonomy order plugin from wordpress.org for category sorting in any specific order.

File size will be auto calculated when you view the package for the first time, also you can add file size manually.
You were not seeing the update notice for the same reason as license key, After this update, you will see the update notice in plugin page, also you will get a notification email and can use single click update feature from wpdm settings.
FTP is not working. I’m not sure why it is behaving like that, as didn’t see such an issue with any of our other windows users. If you are using Plesk, please give me a temporary access to file manager.

Issue adjusted, please reattach files, then downloads will work fine, however, we have adjusted it in our side too for next update.
Please give me FTP access to /plugins/download-manager/ dir, I need to update a file and updating it from wp-amdin plugin editor is a bit risky, sometimes it doesn’t work properly.

For a clean import:
- Clear current data, old data with v3 still will be intact there
- Start importing old start from settings
- Import speed will depend on your server, so at first start with a single file import, then 2, then 3 as far as they import properly. As if you select too many files it may timeout in the middle.
It still doesn’t auto-update list, so you need to hit refresh to show updated list, however, we shall adjust it with the next update of the file cart add-on.
The license key is ok now. Your server firewall was blocking it. Now I applied manual activation option. Please give me ftp access to check directory import issue, seems like that is something with file access permission.
