I tried disabled download manager, the issue still same with mobile. Seems like, the issue is coming from your theme, you may trying changing theme.

Actually download limit is working fine, but it seems you get confused with session tracking, however, I have disabled the session, and now it will count every click on download link. I also tested setting up limit = 5, and it worked fine for user id ahlada

Actually there you are seeing the file name/title coming from the file list. There is no direct way to remove that, actually, people need that when a package has multiple files included. However, still you can hide the title using following CSS:

Probably your server firewall is blocking wpdownloadmanager.com while plugin trying to check update. However, you can try disabling update check from wpdm settings page.

@hl-learnenhance, your license key was linked with hltanorth.com, however, I’ve unlocked it now.  But if you are using older version of wpdm, you have to update to v4.6.2 to license work.
