Probably your server firewall is blocking wpdownloadmanager.com while plugin trying to check update. However, you can try disabling update check from wpdm settings page.

@hl-learnenhance, your license key was linked with hltanorth.com, however, I’ve unlocked it now.  But if you are using older version of wpdm, you have to update to v4.6.2 to license work.

I tried to import “2015.08.18 – NOVA BoD Meeting Minutes ” and it executed successfully ( http://vetadvocates.staging.wpengine.com/download/2015-08-18-nova-bod-meeting-minutes-9/ ). But, It seems like the package list ( http://vetadvocates.staging.wpengine.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro ) already has multiple duplicates, you first need to empty the package list to make a clean import.

If you were testing it by clicking the same download link, it will not work, as in the same session, when you click links from the same package, it will be counted as 1.

Plase update your copy to v4.6.2 to fix the issue.

Got the issue, update is coming within next 24 hours.

All you need to do is adding shortcode [wpdm_file_cart] on a page to show file cart, And keep single file download activate with packages. Additionally, you need to keep [file_list] tag in link or page template to show file list.

File cart will not work with email lock yet.  I tested email lock here https://www.cromsource.com/hbdev/download/email-lock-test/ and it is working fine, may you please give me an URL if you are seeing issue anywhere.

Now doc preview only will work for public files, however, we are coming with advanced doc preview add-on soon, where you can show the doc preview is more advanced and creative way. Until then, you may use [pdf_thumb] tag to show a pdf preview with the 1st page, but you need “Imagick” libs active in your server for that.
