All you need to do is adding shortcode [wpdm_file_cart] on a page to show file cart, And keep single file download activate with packages. Additionally, you need to keep [file_list] tag in link or page template to show file list.

Now doc preview only will work for public files, however, we are coming with advanced doc preview add-on soon, where you can show the doc preview is more advanced and creative way. Until then, you may use [pdf_thumb] tag to show a pdf preview with the 1st page, but you need “Imagick” libs active in your server for that.

wpdm required PHP 5.4 or higher, so, with 5.6 it should work fine. But if you are facing any trouble, please give me wp-admin and FTP access in a private reply to check the issue.

You will find it in /plugins/wpdm-archive-page/tpls/archive-page-with-sidebar.php

And if you want to keep your changes after add-on updates, please create a dir named download-manager inside your active theme dir, then copy all files from /plugins/wpdm-archive-page/tpls to that new dir.

It is because of your server’s PHP version, it have to be 5.4 or higher.

As doc preview uses external service, it will not work for protected files.

Actually, wpdm has nothing to do with that, you need to contact your hosting support.

Please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply and the URL where you seeing red x, probably you are seeing that because you didn’t enable it from settings front-end section.

Please create a dir name download-manager inside your theme dir, copy wpdm-all-downloads.php or any tpl file from download manager plugin to [active-theme-dir]/downlaod-manager, then edit that as per your need, and you won’t have to worry about plugin update to erase your changes anymore.

Sorry, archive page shortcode doesn’t have support for tags yet. You can try to use subcategories instead of tags.
