Probably you were facing the issue because dashboard page was not configured in premium package settings, now I completed an order and it worked fine.

Yes, it requires deactivate / delete / reinstall process, after this update, you will be able to on click update feature from wpdm settings page for future updates. You won’t lose any data. The process is totally safe.

As you see us @ https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com and all other 100,000s users using without speed trouble. However, you still need to update to latest version to get license key work, now I activated license key in your site locally. Please let me know after your update download manager to latest version and ask hosting support to unblock wpdownloadmanager.com , then please let me know, I shall check again.

Please deactivate and reactivate premium package add-on, that will update the database table and add the missing field, probably you didn’t deactivate and reactivate premium package add-on when updating last time.

I have checked, there is nothing to do from wpdm side, probably need to edit the membership plugin so that it doesn’t interfere with wpdm.
