Also, the User Activity Log plugin generating some javascript error which was breaking the functionality of WordPress admin menu and wpdm settings page, I have deactivated it.

The FTP is not allowing me to update any file.

In that case, you can also add the file path as a preview image in your CSV data file which you are preparing to import, it will be set as featured image of the package and in link/page template you can show thumbnail of the featured image.

Please download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ and update your copy, that will resolve the issue. The issue because, we moved our license server from http to https.

You are seeing the invalid key error, as our license moved to https from http.  Please download the latest version of wpdm pro and update your copy, that will fix the issue.

It seems like your server doesn’t support output buffering  or partial downloads when delivering file through PHP, it required to load in full before.  But, As your files are public the easiest solution, for now, is attaching those files as URL. However, we are working on a custom player, which will be available soon.

@creation1, For PDF, you just need to use [pdf_thumb] in link or page template, it will generate and show pdf thumbnail automatically.

@martinduys, may you please explain your situation little more, what type of file you are trying to upload and how you like to see your thumbnails. Then, we shall see, if the feature is integrable or somehow achievable though an add-on. :).

Nothing was wrong, 2 notifications the add-on’s feature, most users need it :), #1 is when user fill the form and submits and #2 is when any user actually downloads the item.

Those steps are for server dir import, you used coc/101858FL873 J1772-181.pdf for files field, so you need to keep the file in /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/coc/ dir to be available for download.

It is because of request timeout in your server, you need to adjust/increase php execution time limit from your server, but for import file with large entry, advanced csv importer add-on is better:
