Those steps are for server dir import, you used coc/101858FL873 J1772-181.pdf for files field, so you need to keep the file in /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/coc/ dir to be available for download.

It is because of request timeout in your server, you need to adjust/increase php execution time limit from your server, but for import file with large entry, advanced csv importer add-on is better:

@homeown, Actually, the issue only happening for the users who is still using the old version. And you know, plumber sometimes may need access to your house to fix the pipe.

License error may happen for following reason:

1. You are using older version ( < 4.6.3 )
2. cURL is not active on your server
3. Server firewall is blocking http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com
4. License key already applied in a site

If answers are “No” for all of the points above, the license will work just fine. Still, only 10 or fewer users in total were facing the issue due to the reasons mentioned above, which is less than 1% of our new user of any single day. However, we are taking care of every issue anyone having there, but you know, it is sometimes hard to find the reason without checking it where it is exactly happening.

So, as you are facing license issue, here are the steps to follow:

1. If you are not using latest version, please update, that resolved the license issue for all major users, who were facing license issue after moved license server from HTTP to https
2. If you are using the latest version and still facing license issue, please check if cURL is disabled or not working properly on your server.
3. Final steps is to check server firewall, of that is blocking wpdownloadmanager.com
4. But if you already applied key on a site and now trying to change the domain, you need to give me the key in a private reply to unlock it.
5. And if you can’t detect or decide what it is, you need to allow us to access your site to check the issue and adjust it and that is the regular way when customers need support, nothing unusual there, but we respect individuals decisions and privacy policy.

That will require custom coding, however, please allow us few more day, we are finishing it within this month, we shall keep your signup page style too 🙂

I’m not seeing any such issue, I found, all allowed packages are accessible for “jma123” (BTW, I’ve changed jma123’s password to jma123 to try from that account ). Or, am I missing something? In that case, please give me an url where I can see the issue.

The string you want to change is hard coded in wpdm-archive-page.php, also available in wpdm-archive-page/languages/wpdmap.po, for now you need to change it from there, however, we have plan to add it as short-code parameter soon.
