The plugin simply gets blog name using function get_bloginfo('name') to use as “From” name.

It happens sometimes when net conn is not stable or server troubles. But nothing to do with plugin.
Please use flaturl=0 with short-code, ex:
[wpdm_frontend flaturl=0]
Also please update your plugin to latest version.
It is because of a function name conflict with filetrip-plugin plugin, please deactivate that plugin, then install wpdm pro.
The issue was with your twitter app settings, however, I’ve created and app and applied the keys to try, and it is working. When creating a twitter app, please set Access Level = Read, write, and direct messages
Short-code are showing now, there was a file version mismatch. But now download link is not working as files are not in /uploads/download-manager-files dir, please let me know where did you kept the files.
If you already send the package, they already have it, blocking email will block them, when they try to download new item by entering their blocked email.

“Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected” <– has nothing to do with plugin, it is something with your server, please contact your server support.
That is happening for PHP version incompatibility. Please download wpdm pro again from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ and update. That will fix the issue.
In that can you can create a package with no file attached or a file with the message like “Please wait for review”, after your complete purchase, if you approve it, you can attach the download with his order using order note option.
Seems like some files are missing in your installation, try reinstalling plugin again, download the latest version from https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/. If you still see the issue, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply.
