Please download the latest version of wpdm pro ( v4.9.8 ) from the premium download area ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases ), and update your copy. Manual update is required for this update due to our server update. Please follow the steps to upgrade:
1. Deactivate and Delete the old version
2. Download the latest version from https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3. Install and activate the latest version
4. Done! ( The process will not harm your old data/settings ) 

From the next update, you will be able to use the automatic upgrade as usual.
And your license key will work fine with the latest version.

There are 2 types of coupon codes. Product specific coupon and Cart coupon, if you are trying to create a cart coupon, don’t select any product while creating a coupon code.

Also, you can disable the product specific coupon from premium package settings. That will remove the product specific coupon field from the cart and only show the cart coupon.

Password generator was not working due to a js error coming from ThemesChannel Core plugin, after deactivating the plugin or fixing the js issue with that plugin, Password generator will work fine.

Most of the issues are due to some js error coming from other plugins, you check your other installed plugin and fix the js issues.
