@Hector Galvan, it is happening due to an issue in your CSV file, line #37, the title contains a ,, which actually breaks the CSV column count for that row, so, you need to put the title within double quote ( "..." ).
ex: "JUEGO PATOLOGICO. Distorsions Cognitives, escala."
Then, the csv import will work fine again.

Membership plugin can’t handle it. As the issue is not related to the plugin, also in the last update we especially improved the PayPal payment option. In the next update, we are focusing on the manual subscription assignment and auto-expiration option.
