Is there anyway to use the email lock and cross reference that with the emails that are entered so that a person doesn’t have to enter their email twice if it is already in the “Subscribers” section? I hope this made sense. I don’t want to use the form lock because then I can’t see what file they downloaded and with the “Email Lock” I can see the file they downloaded and their email but they have to enter their email for every download that they want to do even if they are in the same browser session. So if I could have it where they only have to enter their email once and could then download anything they wanted that would be great. Also I don’t want them to be able to make an account I just want them to be able to enter their email. Or if form lock is used could it also link back to the subscribers bar where it would show what file they downloaded. Please let me know if this is an option. Thank you for your time.

Hey – after i installed jetpack – wordpress run not good.. – i dont know whats wrong, but after i delete the plugin and upload again it works.
But one Question: If i bought a package in checkout there is the redirect to purchases page with the Shortcode [wpdmpp_purchases]. There i found no direct download link for this order. Where is it? https://staging.dumberger-bau.de/purchases/

In version6.x.xWPDM codebase has been rebuilt from the ground.
So, the directory got more organized in that process.
You will find the Template override the latest instruction in the below link.
Also, yes, since you are using WPDM Pro so, template cloning is the most appropriate way.
In order to bulk apply the modified template, you can use the below add-on.

Yes, an attached directory is a WPDM Pro feature only.
You may keep using the license into your dev site for 15 days, however, even if you activate/use the license in your dev site, it is not a problem, you can unlink the dev site from your order details page here and use the license key in your production site when you move your site to the production server.

I’ve just completed the update 4.9.8 > 6.0.8 for a multisite installation (20+ subsites). Everything went great except that my two custom templates (page and link) now duplicated for each site. So I had two and now there are two for each site (all 40+ templates) appear with unique id’s. While everything works, its not ideal for us if we want to make a global change.I wanted you to be aware. Perhaps I could delete all the duplicates and then go into each download package and widget and change the template, but that would be more than a day’s work to get that done.
So – the goal would be for it NOT to happen again on the next update!!!

We found that the errors are generating due to the[image_gallery_400x400x4]tag.
We suggest you do not use[image_gallery_400x400x4]except you are attaching only images, you can usefile_list_extendinstead.

Also, you don’t need to uninstall/reinstall the plugin how but if you do so it will not harm your settings.
However, currently changing the thumbnail in the Video Preview Template is not possible.
You can add it as a feature request here.

I have not received a reply yet, but have done more testing.
I am using the Email Lock as well.
This was the URL that was being generated that was not working:
https://www.gateworks.com/?__wpdmlo=4820So then I went to that specific package, and disabled the email lock.
Everything worked fine with the download_link_extended short code.
The file downloaded fine.So it seems the issue here is the email lock which may have a bug?
Is it possible to update a file in my downloads without changing the link of the file? If so, how is this done?

I have narrowed it down to the [download_link] shortcode. If I update that shortcode in my template to [download_link_extended] the form works and downloads correctly, however, I do not want that extended information always showing. I also don’t know how to troubleshoot the [download_link] shortcode.
I tested other templates (yours not custom) and all the ones with [download_link] cause the problem for me.
