Can I post a screenshot ? How can I ensure the download links don’t go over the borders of the pages ?

perfect, basically I have to upload the image from admin and put the link there, because the image button doesn’t work, I didn’t understand how to upload.
I’ll also take advantage of this post to figure out how I can translate the menus into Italian, for example I get “Purchases” (can I also hide the menus I don’t want from the user dashboard?), “Subscription, My download”

Yes, in an older Version of wpdm ist works fine.

Our latest “new” wpdm-download with an long url ist from March 2022.

Till then our Links where saved and shown in wpdm like this:

Now wpdm doesn´t save it.

Thanks for your answer. You are right, my Short-Link works – but it looks different at the WP-Backend than the older ones.

On our Website we have links from our different courses to information-flyer with the hole input our puples need.

The links to the files in our Nextcloud are longer, like: https://bbsapp.bbs-cux.de:5443/index.php/s/waMjAfKCXBkBM5G – you see, no short ones =)

In the past we had no problems with them to put them in an wpdm download. All (old) links are working fine.

But now they won´t save after we ad them.

Du you know the reason for it? Can i change settings or something like that, so it will work even in new or changed wpdm-downloads?

Thanks, I have the Form Lock add-on but it’s still not clear to me how to insert the download link in the email that CF7 sends when the user submits the form.

I realized I didn’t give enough context. I attached the gif as featured image.
I’m displaying the downloads in a grid, im using the Link Templates.
In the template, I use the thumb_url. (I didn’t see other options at Template Variables, that I could use)

Is there any way to display the actual gif I attach to the download as featured image?

When one uses the wpdm package download elementor component, what one can show is the link-template for the package. What I am looking at is the entire package detail (page-template) in the post, without having to navigate to another link.

Is there a shortcode to embed the entire package (page-template) view on a post?
