Hope you are well. I think you are talking about Download Manager Pro version. The Pro version naming has been used as “Packages” and the free version uses “Files.” On the free version, there is no option for selecting a link template from package settings, but on Pro, there is an available option for selecting a link template. For the Pro version, you can download it from here: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases. Please kindly check.

To remove the Social Links from email template(abstract), go to /wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/__/views/email-templates/abstract.html and comment line 241 – 250.

I have only added the hidden field value using [wpdm_package_id], no other changes were made. The form will function correctly as long as this hidden value remains included.

You may choose one of the following options based on your preference:

– Allow users to download the file instantly after submission, or
– Send the package download link to the user via email

I have tested downloading the package, and I also received the confirmation email successfully.

– Are you referring to not receiving the file link email after submitting the form lock? Also, share the subject or content of the two emails you received.

– To have the download button appear immediately after the form is submitted, simply deactivate the Email Download Link option.

I am also having problems that all my links and buttons are blue, since the update.

It doesn’t matter what colour I set as default in Downloads > Settings > User Interface > Colors | Download Button | Shortcode Page. It is always blue for the Primary, grey for the Secondary etc.

I have added additional CSS in the customiser to override the styles on one of my sites, but I don’t want to have to do the same on all the other sites on which I also use this plugin.

Is this a known bug and will it be fixed soon?

After updating WP Download Manager (latest version), the frontend colors on my site have unexpectedly changed.
Before the update, the download button and links were green to match my site design. Now they are displaying in blue instead, and I cannot find where to change them back.

I have found the issue. The category Technika you have assigned has access for All Vistor, so this is happening.

For categories hierarchy works like this,

Package Access = Package Access + All Category Access = All Visitors + Author = All Visitors

and Package Access = Package Access empty + Category Access(Author) = Author

or Package Access = Package Access(Author) + Category Access(Author) = Author
