Hi there!
One of our customers wanted to integrate OneDrive with their current Download Manager plugin installation. They have been using Download Manager for a couple of years, and we followed the guide step by step. However, we are reaching out for your help because we are getting stuck.
It seems everything is working fine, but only when the user who uploaded the file is connected. If a non-logged-in user tries to download a file, we get this message: “OneDrive is not connected.”
We have not been able to figure out a solution yet.
This is frustrating because we connected the OneDrive account and we are able to select the file to be downloaded. But if a different user tries to download it, they cannot.

When I visit that URL. It says it is connected. I guess, that is the cause of the issue.
The reason why we contacted you. Somehow it is not saving the onedrive connection to the folder for everyone.

If it is connected, the file download should work without login if you do not restrict downloading another way. You can try attaching a OneDrive file, then try to download it from browser incognito mode. Please kindly check.

We did. It does not work. Even connected, when we try to download we get “OneDrive is not connected” error.
This is what we are trying to explain since the very beginning.
We would need your assistance to review why this happens and solve it.
If connection is available and showing Connected message, it should work, it is working on our testing site. Please kindly share your file/package URL where you have attached the file for downloading. Please kindly check.
