Tahasin.
The feature is working both on our Free and Pro version of our WPDM plugin. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. If you permit me also I can check that.
Thank you
While checking issue showing File Not found message for your attached one drive files, can you please again connect from here, https://wordpress-320890-6304593.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=wpdm-settings&tab=wpdm-onedrive, also check if the files are available in your one drive storage or not. Or connect another OneDrive account and try yourself with a dummy file.
Regards,
Does this file/Package downloading from your side where logged in, it is showing, Unable to get download URL , does it working while you are logged-in? Please kindly check and let me know.
Thank you and regards
Hi there!
Download works only if you are logged with the same user that uploads the file.
If you log with a different one (what’s intended) it does not work. It always shows the “OneDrive not connected” error.
We still need assistance. We do not understand the reason of the issue. Everything follows the official integration guide.
It is working properly on our testing site. I think it can be issue with your server settings too, can you please let me know if it is your subdomain or you are using any speacial hosting provider. Please kindly check and let me know
Thank you and regards
Hi there!
May you please provide a link in order to check it?
What should be the issue? after disabling all the plugins, it should work but it does not. Please, help! We need to make it work.
We are not using any special hosting provider. This host in a VPS like any other site we operate.
We are checking the issue. I have already again forwarded it to our related team authority regarding the issue.

I have already forwarded your concern to our related team regarding the issue.
Thank you and kind regards
Hi there Tahasin,
How are you?
Apologies for the delay. We have been able to test in the demo site. After disabling all plugins.
What have you specifically modified? we have to replicate it in the production environment. And check if that still works after re-enabling all disabled plugins.
What version of the plugin should we use? You have published new releases after this conversation.
Regards.
Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m doing well, thank you.
I have just updated the fixed version(new release) of the WPDM OneDrive add-on on your site. Please let me know if you notice any issues.
Hi there!
Please be more specific. It should be something else. We tried to replicate it in our Live env by updating the plugin to the latest version an it is still displaying “OneDrive is not connected.” error.
Can you provide instructions to update to the latest version of WPDM OneDrive add-on?
From the plugin, it displays we already have installed version 2.0.1
Regards
OneDrive is not connected usually indicates an issue with your credentials, which is preventing the add-on from successfully connecting.
Please ensure that you are not using demo site OneDrive credentials on your live site or double check the credentials (domain, client id, client secret)
Hi again Tahasin,
We are using the exact credentials and folder. This have been tested several times. This is the same problem why we opened this thread.
Can you provide instructions to update to the latest version of WPDM OneDrive add-on?
From the plugin, it displays we already have installed version 2.0.1
You have applied a modification that we need to replicate in our live site.
To update the OneDrive integration, simply download the latest version from this page and install it on your site, just as you would with any other plugin. As I previously did on your test site.
I did not apply any modification on your site. Also try clearing the cache from settings > Privacy > Clear Cache
Here is the full documentation and tutorial video on OneDrive Integration
Hi Tahasin,
We did it before our previous reply but the same version 2.0.1 is installed. Same error showing. What else should we do?
Please, spend some time helping us to isolate why is now running in our test site and not in the live environment.
We are aware of the tutorial. We followed it step by step.
