The feature is working both on our Free and Pro version of our WPDM plugin. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. If you permit me also I can check that.

Does this file/Package downloading from your side where logged in, it is showing, Unable to get download URL , does it working while you are logged-in? Please kindly check and let me know.

Download works only if you are logged with the same user that uploads the file.
If you log with a different one (what’s intended) it does not work. It always shows the “OneDrive not connected” error.
We still need assistance. We do not understand the reason of the issue. Everything follows the official integration guide.
It is working properly on our testing site. I think it can be issue with your server settings too, can you please let me know if it is your subdomain or you are using any speacial hosting provider. Please kindly check and let me know

What should be the issue? after disabling all the plugins, it should work but it does not. Please, help! We need to make it work.
We are not using any special hosting provider. This host in a VPS like any other site we operate.
