Hope you are well. I think you are talking about Download Manager Pro version. The Pro version naming has been used as “Packages” and the free version uses “Files.” On the free version, there is no option for selecting a link template from package settings, but on Pro, there is an available option for selecting a link template. For the Pro version, you can download it from here: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases. Please kindly check.

I recently updated the plugin to 3.3.50. I noticed when I go to my download packages in the back end, that there is only a dropdown to select a page template. The dropdown to select the link template is missing. I am not using page templates on my site. I’m using 2 different link templates. The custom link templates I created are still listed in the link templates section, but I don’t see a space to select them anywhere on the download.
The issue does seem to be related to the update as I just made some packages a week or so ago & was able to apply my custom link templates.

To remove the Social Links from email template(abstract), go to /wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/__/views/email-templates/abstract.html and comment line 241 – 250.

when i use the email form lock, and the user fill the form to get the download to his email, the email template has a social titles or icon of Facebook and X, how i can remove them from the email template?

I have only added the hidden field value using [wpdm_package_id], no other changes were made. The form will function correctly as long as this hidden value remains included.
You may choose one of the following options based on your preference:
– Allow users to download the file instantly after submission, or
– Send the package download link to the user via emailI have tested downloading the package, and I also received the confirmation email successfully.

– Are you referring to not receiving the file link email after submitting the form lock? Also, share the subject or content of the two emails you received.
– To have the download button appear immediately after the form is submitted, simply deactivate the Email Download Link option.

I am also having problems that all my links and buttons are blue, since the update.
It doesn’t matter what colour I set as default in Downloads > Settings > User Interface > Colors | Download Button | Shortcode Page. It is always blue for the Primary, grey for the Secondary etc.
I have added additional CSS in the customiser to override the styles on one of my sites, but I don’t want to have to do the same on all the other sites on which I also use this plugin.
Is this a known bug and will it be fixed soon?

we have installed the Advanced TinyMCE Button add-on.In the popup used to insert an attachment, it is possible to select the Link Template, but not the Page Template.
If we need to change the Page Template, we are forced to do it from the download section, and this action resets the Link Template selection previously made in the popup.Is it possible to also select the Page Template directly within the popup?

I’m using the following shortcode:
[wpdm_all_packages categories='NPC Minutes' orderby='date' order='desc' cols="page_link|categories|publish_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Category|Date Published|Download"]
and I thought that the table would have a toolbar with search/filter box, and the columns be sortable as per the documentation and the demo here.
However I have a table with no toolbar and not sortable. Is this because I’m using only using the free version of the plugin?

After updating WP Download Manager (latest version), the frontend colors on my site have unexpectedly changed.
Before the update, the download button and links were green to match my site design. Now they are displaying in blue instead, and I cannot find where to change them back.

I am now on 7.2.2 – i have noticied today when creating a new download that the download locks seem to be broken. Here are the issues i noticed, which i cannot fully solve unless i remove all locks
1. Normally I have some custom content for “must agree with terms”. This shows, but when accepted nothing happens, no download.
2. I have a number of passwords we issue, as we use the Password Lock on some downloads. The password field is not presenting itself like it used to do, so i have to turn this off for now (in fact all locks are turned off)
3. Sometimes I request a users email address to email them the download link. When this is activate the popup shows requesting email address, but i cannot enter or type into the field, it simply closes.I have a lot of downloads, so its hard to go through each on to turn off the locks. Also, i am not comfortable to do this.
The problem could be somewhere else, but do you see this on your systems? I am on WordPress 6.28 , maybe i need to update this?

I have a download package—if there is one file in it, I can download it. When I add two files to the package and then try to download it via the link, I get the following message:

After plugins update a lot of stuff has broken but I have been able to work around here and there. This one is tricky though.
So before the update I had all the tags (Advanced Custom Fields) set and worked well, but it is not showing the data from any[wpdm_all_packages thumb="" login=1 items_per_page="10" jstable=1 order_by="date" order="DESC" cols="acf_datos_propietario|acf_datos_finca|title|acf_datos_vencimiento|download_link" colheads="Usuari|Titular|Document|Vencimient|Descàrrega"]
