So I keep having the same issue. Whenever I download the coupon, it downloads a text file that says “Sorry! Download is not available yet.”
It also isn’t limiting the download to one download per computer.
I am creating the coupons with the Coupon Creator Plugin, which seems to be working great, as I just add in the shortcode. Coupon Creator allows for download as well, but it is still not being limited to one download per computer.

sorry I know this is an old post, but I can’t use the pro forum. I have to know if this is possible before buying.
I have exactly the same question. We have a multisite network with 3 Pages/Domains and on all of them we want to publish a site with the exactly same downloads. You mentioned it can be accomplished by custom coding. Cost this adding extra and when yes, how much? Will the customization be update save?

Hello, the plugin version is 1.2.6, which is according to the information from the provider of the latest version. The plugin does not even report that there is a newer version. I do not assume that this problem is in the older version. Please write me what the code should look like, which after clicking on the link or button will display the PDF in a pop-up window, as you state on your page. I tried the code: <a href="[file_list]"> View PDF </a>, unfortunately this one only downloads the PDF again. I think this is the primary problem for all users of this plugin, because the Download manager does not offer document viewing by default.

1. I’m getting an error ‘Error loading block: Invalid parameter(s): attributes’ when trying to add a filter option ‘Order By’ in the ‘All Downloads Table’ block.
2. Also filtering by ‘Update Date’ on any page with this block does not work properly. Even here: https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/gutenberg-table-builder/ – it works wrong and mixing content.

Right. Actually, I have 2 types of downloads, Free and Premium. I was hoping to handle free downloads in one post type and the premium downloads in another post type. So, I guess it is not possible for now?
if you are using WPDM PRO, Please check if you put the correct license key in Downloads > Settings > License key and press Save Settings again. After that try to update again. it should work then

I pasted the shortcode [wpdm_all_packages] on my page and it shows up as expected, however nothing happens when you click the “download” button.

Hello, I have about 500 WPDM packages available on my website. I’m wondering if there is a way to display all of the packages (similar to your WPDM Directory Add-on) with a way for visitors to select any number of the packages to be zipped together for a single download. Thank you!
I have a similar issue but from new installation
Just downloaded Download Manager to 3.1.11 and Advanced Access Control to 3.0.3.
[wpdm_my_downloads login=1 template=”default” cols=”4″]

Both show no files despite a file being associated.
I also cant see any files in the my-downloads tab on the dashboard.

I would like to have a list of users with login (email) and password (preassigned, not changable by user). This list contains users of two categories, ProUser1 and ProUser2 (categories). These categories shall define which files a user can download (personal download page).
So when I define downloads, they will belong to e.g. category ProUser1 oder ProUser2 (or others).
How do I do this?

Hi Nayeem.
The functionality is not behaving as expected. We are using [wpdm_category] shortcode which SHOULD include three categories, but only one is showing. If I shuffle the order of the category slugs around in the short code, it always shows the first category.
Am I doing something wrong? or is something else not working properly?
We want this page to essentially show ALL the potential downloads and be sorted with the filter bar. There is potential they will want them grouped by category also. Is it possible to show all of the items, grouped by category, but filterable by one filter bar at the top? Should we use a different shortcode to display this? Also, we are using a custom layout template also, which may or may not need to be displayed with the wpdm_category shortcode.

I have the same problem. My files is originally 600 MB and lots of our clients are angry that it is corrupted. The problem is that when they download it via WP Download Manager plugin, if browser starts the download, it will stop at exactly 500 MB. But if they start the download with IDM, it downloads the file intact. I tested it many times and it seems that WPDM only allows each connection to download up to 500 MB and since IDM breaks the download in 8 connection, it’s fine.
I played with every parameter in WPDM settings and nothing solved this problem.
And I’m sure that there is no problem with WordPress or server because I can download the file with browser from direct link.
I would be so thankful if you could give us a working solution.

there is no conflict with plugins.
Its WPDMPRO that do not count downloads at all. I guess I have to find a solution by myself, as all the others problems with your soft.
We are using DIVI, that also have not conflict with WPDMPRO.
