I think I need a demo with the membership extension installed, because it is too unclear, I am reading all the documentation, videos, forums but I cannot find answers to my questions.

I think I also understood that membership is a good extension but then I have to sell only with membership, that is, the packages I add must not be priced, they must be free and then insert a couple of subscription plans to offer the download of all the packages . Then the user buys the subscription and downloads everything. But I also wanted to sell individually. That is, both with subscription and single price. For example, all products cost $ 5 each, while if you subscribe you pay $ 15 dollars a month and you can download all products with the limit of 3 different downloads per day.

I believe I can do this, but I can’t set the price on every package. This with woocommerce is very easy to do is a real shame that it cannot be done here. I hope I’m wrong. Because in some aspects you have features that I really like. But if I can’t offer this solution to my clients then my website becomes limited and you should upgrade too in that case.

I Found the issue This afternoon basically there was a customised template in the Theme that was from an older incompatible version the faulty template was wpdm-all-downloads.php it does not say which version it’s from but its very different from the new one I’ll re-style the CSS in the new template and we should be all good.

I figured this out once I had read https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docsfor/for-theme-developers/ to see what possibly could be the issue with the template. in future try giving the user a heads up to look if there are any customised templates.

Question here, we have already created quiet a lot of Email Lock Downloads. Do we have to adjust them all after install ?

so i cannot see any naming or code that is wrong for that matter so your answer has confused me more? sorry could you be moree specific please?

I added the line of code to the wpconfig file as requested. I didn’t change any of the other settings. I tried to download a new file and am now getting this error:

As well as this error still:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6007151408 bytes) in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.DownloadStats.php on line 50

This isn’t happening all the time, only sometimes. If I try to download the same file twice it mostly works on the second or third try.
