As I mentioned before, the Reset Limit is working fine, and we have resolved the Download Exceeded Message issue.

The issue has been resolved in the upcoming update. Please ensure you update your plugin to the latest version once it becomes available.

There is no need to change any code, since everything is working fine from our side. We need to verify the setup of your download limit to ensure everything is configured correctly on your end.
That is why I am asking for wp-login credentials.

Unfortunately, there are no query strings to sort the results for wpdm_packages. But you can display packages by categories using Gutenberg Blocks or WPDM Elementor add-on.

Kindly make sure that, you are using the German (Formal), select this one.
