[free_download_button] is related to Premium Package Plugin. kindly install Premium Package Plugin, hope it will solve the problem

If the problem still persists then follow this steps,

#1. Create {active-theme-dir}/download-manager/page-templates/
#2. Copy the file /download-manager/src/Packages/views/page-templates/premium-package.php to newly created dir in #1
#3. Open it
#4. Find and remove [free_download_btn]
#5. Save

– Evaluate the additional features offered in the pro version from here . If the free version meets all your current needs and the extra features in the pro version are not essential for your website, you may not need to upgrade.
Consider the scale and complexity of your file management requirements. If you are dealing with a large number of files and need advanced file management features such as categorization, access control, and versioning, the pro version might be beneficial.

I have checked your website, whole site is taking too much time to load.
I have also disabled enabled the Download Manager plugin but still site is loading all the time.

– As you can see the error. Enabling wp-json could solve this problem.

– Check for plugin or theme conflicts. Disable other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme. Then, try to download the file again. If it works, gradually enable plugins and switch back to your theme one by one to identify the conflicting element.

To remove the shortcode and Package Info, you have to remove them from premium-package.php file.

After that you have to put the page template file in your {active-theme-dir}/page-templates/ folder, so that next update of the plugin doesn’t erase your changes. You can also follow this

Yes, it is a subscription that you have to pay yearly. Upgrades are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product upgrades.

You can check this form builder plugin LiveForms. By using LiveForms add-on named Data Export you can easily export form entries in various format like CSV, Excel or PDF. You also will have the option for select form fields before export, so that you can skip the form field that you don’t need to show in export file.
