I have checked and found that you are using 10 separate shortcodes for each category on the page.

Having 10 shortcodes running at once can significantly increase the processing time because the server needs to retrieve and render data for each shortcode before it can deliver the page to the browser. If this process exceeds the server’s timeout limit or if the server is under heavy load, it results in a 502 error.

I also tested using 10 category shortcodes on a page(our testing setup), and it worked fine on our end. This suggests the problem could be related to your server’s performance, resource limits, or configuration.

We recommend reaching out to your web host’s support team.

We haven’t made any changes on our end since the last update to the PDF viewer on April 1, 2025. We also tested it across three different sites, and file previews are working correctly on the latest versions.

Please do let us know if your team shares any further updates or findings.

The issue with previewing PPTX and DOCX files is due to your site HTTP authentication requirements, and unfortunately, there’s no way to bypass this restriction.

Kindly review and adjust your HTTP authentication settings to allow access to these files without affecting security.
