Hello, have you had a chance to submit the order note?
We have tested downloading large files on our end, and everything is working fine. Could you please let us know where you are hosting your files and how you are uploading them? If you have a staging site available, it would be even easier for us to investigate and identify the cause of the issue.
Please check and let us know. Thank you!
We are checking on our end and will give you an update shortly.
The padding is coming from your theme. Kindly use this CSS code in your themes custom CSS section
#wpdmcat-tree ul {
padding-left: 12px;
}
If you’d like, you can purchase a single license and use it on both your staging site and live site — but only one domain at a time. If you want to keep the live site active while also working on a staging site, then you would need an additional license.
Regarding the version leap from 6.3.6 to 6.7 — yes, we do have experience with updates across multiple versions. In most cases, the update process goes smoothly.
However, because there are always slight risks (such as compatibility with themes or other plugins), setting up a staging site first is the safest approach. Also make sure you have a full backup of your site before proceeding. That way, if anything unexpected comes up, you can quickly restore.
