We’ve updated the category filter for wpdm_all_packages(Responsive Table) in v7.2.0. Instead of clickable category links, categories are now displayed in a dropdown(top left corner of the table), allowing users to easily select and filter their desired categories without leaving the current page.

Here is the the updated view of wpdm_all_packages with category filter

To enable this feature, simply add category_filter="true" to the shortcode, like this

At the moment, we can’t confirm whether this feature will be added in a future update. However, if this functionality is important for your use case, you can submit a customization request from here.

In the latest 7.x series of the plugin we have introduced UI/UX updates , including support for Dark Mode and System Mode.

We have addressed the layout and template changed(by default grid view) issue you’re experiencing with the file_list. In an upcoming update, List View will be set as the default, to avoid unintended visual changes.
Regarding the font color, kindly try switching the Color Scheme to Light mode, it will change the font color.

The user interface settings will remain unchanged after the update. However, any custom code added directly to the plugin files will be overwritten.

Please explain a bit more about the problem. Is it related to dark/light mode or any custom CSS ?
