Instead of postmeta, you can write a query to fetch the daily download stats like this
SELECT count(*) as todays_downloads FROM wp_ahm_download_stats WHERE year=2024 and month=4 and day=24
or
SELECT count(*) as todays_downloads FROM wp_ahm_download_stats WHERE timestamp > $s and timestamp < $e

First of all, extremely sorry for the delay.
It seems like there’s an issue with website’s connection to Stripe’s payment system through an API. This is causing a problem where website doesn’t recognize when people have paid for their subscriptions. So, it shows their subscription as canceled, even though it’s actually active on Stripe.
For the time being, we suggest manually managing accounts for those customers whose subscriptions are affected by this issue.
