Try clearing the cache and make sure you’re inside wp-content/downloads(as per your file browser root)

Since the latest version is not appearing on your site yet, please update the plugin manually for now.
Before updating, make sure you have a proper backup of your site and data for safety.
Updating the plugin will not remove any of your packages. Your packages and categories will remain unchanged.

Kindly share the email address you are using to access the downloads. Additionally, if the private intranet is accessible(With VPN or secure setup) from outside the network, please provide the relevant credentials as well.

We have introduced a new feature Media Protection in our latest updates, you can read the documentation here
If you don’t want to apply media protection than, we recommend to upload the files from Attach File section in this way your file and file address remain protected.
