I noticed that the downloads are appearing correctly in the free version.
Could you please activate the Pro version so I can investigate further and identify what might be causing the issue there? All the shortcodes seem to be working fine on our end.

However, when access to a category is assigned to multiple roles, all users with those roles will have visibility into the contents of that category — regardless of individual file-level restrictions. This behavior is aligned with the current structure of the access control system.

If a file within a shared category needs to be visible to only one specific role, the recommended approach is to create separate categories for each role.

Kindly enable fileinfo php extension to solve the issue permanently .
For now we have added code to bypass it and it’s working fine now.
