Hi, I am using latest version Version 3.3.46. When I select a file from the server it shows the file name as expected. When I reload the page the file is missing – download fails to missing file. Server files have correct access restrictions (group and rw-r–r–).
What is the problem?

I have checked the server file attachment feature in our test site and it’s working fine.
Please share temporary login credentials in a private reply to check the issue.

thanks, looks good. I uploaded 2 new files – they do not appear in the selection list.
Is there any cache i have to delete?
when I select a server file via GUI, I uploaded 2 new files via sftp, still the list lacks of the new files
the file list seen via sftp and the one in server picker is different, path is correc, I cannot share screens here
