The Download Limit is over that is why, Limit Over message is showing. You can set the download limit from Downloads > Packages > Package Settings, here is the screenshot

cats: use category ids separated by comma if you want to show accordion for specific categories
cat_style: top level accordion style
subcat_style: inner level accordion style
order by: if you want to sort package by a specific field

Kindly try deactivating all plugins temporarily except Download Manager.You can use Health Check & Troubleshootingplugin. It allows you to do a number of tests in a browser session, without affecting visitors to your live site.

I have again changed the CSS, here is the result

It was already working.

– I have tested a total of four devices. If you want, I can share screenshots of each device, showing the Download button perfectly aligned after applying the custom CSS.
– I tested it on an older device because if it works on an older and smaller device, it should work on every device. It’s working fine.
– I will again ask you to clear your browser cache and check again.

Download button is working fine; kindly check the screenshot

It’s happening due to the package name. Right now, if you name a package, for example, ‘1000’, it will show permission-denied.txt text. For testing purposes, I have created two packages named ’12’ and ‘Test’. The package named ’12’ is showing permission-denied.txt text, but the ‘Test’ package is working fine.

Kindly remove the packages named 12 and Test.
