Hello,
I have found that when I click the download button, a license agreement popup comes, but there is no option to accept that and then start the download.
Please check it if it is configured properly.
If the issue still persists, I would suggest to update wpdm to the latest 6.1.4 version and wpdm notification to the latest 1.8.1 version.
I hope the issue will be solved otherwise let me know.

I have found that it is showing the member profile properly for first page. However, Styles break in next pages.
It is a issue in the plugin. I have forwarded the issue to the developer team.

Also didn’t found the wpdm issue. There could be a conflict between WPDM and the caching plugin.

Please check the previous related issue like yours in this forum. As well as replying there, the user found that there had been a server issue. Also almost 90%++ forum topics are solved here.
Also Can you tell me the reason for using the outdated PHP? Where WordPress itself is notifying you to update PHP. Actually Your demand doesn’t fulfil the refund terms.
However, I hope Updating php will solve the issue. If you can’t update it, please contact with your hosting support for assistance. If still the problem persists, please let me know.

I think you are using wpdm tinymce button addon. Problem is with that.

However, in our testing environment it is working fine.

I think there could be other issues.
In this case you can remove wpdm extended plugin from wp-content directory from cpanel or via ftp. Just delete wpdm-extended-shortcodes directory from ../wp-content/plugins/

I would suggest to remove the wpdm extended shortcode first before the update.
Then you can anytime download it and update to your site from here:

WPDM Extended Short-codes

Following this will not remove any of your existing wpdm data.

Hello Michael,

Hope you are well. If you explore the shortcode doc and shortcode parameters, you shall find you will be able to sort packages within two-order,
order_by: field name ( title | date ), You can check below doc too,

[wpdm_all_packages] – List all downloads in tabular format in a page

The same order_by parameter is being used for the wpdm_packages shortcode too.

Hello,
The issue is the files are set to internal only in your google drive.
To fix this:

    Go to cloud console (https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/)
    APIs and services
    Credentials
    Oath consent screen
    Ensure Application type is set to “public” and not internal.
