However, you can add custom css in your website from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or you can add CSS using child theme. These code will not be overridden by plugin update.

Hello,
WPDM doesn’t have much options to customize the related pages. To customize member/user page, I would suggest to first clean the login page and clean the signup pages from Downloads > Settings > Front End access
Then you can use any other third party plugin to configure that pages from default wordpress.

Hello,
The only way you can use custom button using this addon. I have already told you that in chat. You can use that button shortcode in anywhere including page, post, page template and link template.
To modify the available buttons of button template you have to add custom css for the buttons. You may also need to edit the core files of button template addon to totally modify the available button.

Hope you are well.
1. You can deactivate elementor. It is not necessary for multi vendor site.
2. As you are creating ecommerce site, you can use the Swift child theme. That is basically for digital products.
3. Few templates are available for free version. You can follow this to use the built in templates. There are many templates for premium users. If you think you need some more premium templates, then you have to buy the PRO version.

However, you can edit fonts and colors from Downloads > Settings > User Interface

Hello,
For a package with email lock enabled, you can make a modal window with the download button.
It has no relation with elementor. WPDM is totally separate addon. We have only WPDM elementor addon for elementor support.

What I understood that you want to make a wpdm package in a modal, for that you have to use a third party modal popup plugin. There you can use WPDM shortcode in the modal. So when that button is clicked modal will be opened and there will be the download package.

So if you have any specific requirements, please let me know more details to inspect further.

Maybe that could be the case. You can create a new package to be sure about it.
Your packages were private, so that’s why it wasn’t showing ..

Hello,
Could you please tell did you use any external plugin or added any external code for the pdf viewer. I found that it is WPDM pdf viewer but the viewer is different than our WPDM pdf viewer. Also the styles are get from outside of WPDM PDF viewer.
It would help me to inspect the issue.

Hope you are well.

1. You can check Attire Child themes from here
2. If you have already installed Attire theme, then you have to disable the classic editor. As Attire block works only with Gutenberg editor(Default WordPress Editor). So make sure Gutenberg Editor is enabled in your website.

Using the parameter page_link=0 and download_count=0 in shortcode will disable the link.

More details and parameter can be found below:

[wpdm_all_packages] – List all downloads in tabular format in a page

For more customization you have to follow this doc to edit link template and you have to use a shortcode that supports link template like this.

Got the issue.
Actually, link template previews are taken from download packages that are accessible to all visitors.
You can’t show a template preview since download packages aren’t public on your site.

Please create a separate topic for a new issue. Also please provide more details there to check the issue and fix. If link template/page template is created correctly, it should be previewed. Currently link template and page templates previews working fine from our side. You can check here.

As you are using the wpdm free, you will not be able to get the updated feature like the screenshot I sent before.
However, I have reduced column from here.
Now you are able to see the shortcode. Also if you just click the copy button the shortcode will be copied instantly.
