Unique browser is counted by session Cookies.
__wpdm_client <– stores session unique browser ID for session control
Showing downloads 1 – 30 of total 5 – means there are 5 unique users downloaded at that time period.
Showing downloads 1 – 30 of total 837 – means there are total 837 downloads at that time period.
Subscribers list also shows the email addresses obtained by email lock. If anyone downloads after login, it must be counted in stat.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Generally caching plugin is the reason of this. clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin that you are using for testing.
If the problem still persists, please provide related url of your website to check the issue properly. If possible you can share temporary admin access in a private reply to inspect and solve the issue quickly.

For that you have to edit the link template that will be used in the shortcode template parameter. You have to remove the link from the link template.

I have just checked the latest version of dropbox in our local environment and found it is working properly.
Please make sure that you have followed the instructions here.
You have to add App Key, App Secret, and Access Token from Downloads > Settings > Cloud Storage
After doing so if the issue still persists, please also provide temporary admin access in a private reply.

Thanks for providing me details.
In the link template toolkit that you are using for that page, you were using [featured_image] template tag. I have replaced that with [thumb_300x300] it is showing the medium thumbnails.

I already checked that.
The related feature is from WPDM Gutenberg Block. That is already a free plugin. So there is nothing to refund actually. Also I have found you are using already Elementor page builder in your website. So you can’t use gutenberg page builder and relatd features there. That will not work if Elementor is activated.
We have a solution in this situation. To enable filter options with archive by using shortcodes, we have already a Directory addon. You have to use that addon with WPDM.
The related directory page that you are looking for is created using the directory addon below:

With this addon activated, you just need to use shortcode to show directory. So you don’t need to depend on page builders. Please also check other demos there for much more features.

Currently the feature of download limit works in that way. There is no control over it. I think there is already a limit download limit period for users so it will not cause any effect.

That feature is not available with WPDM Elementor. If you need that, please install and activate WPDM gutenberg blocks.

I tried to check the issue from your website but found a blank page like this https://prnt.sc/a7s-BC1-uFHA in the download package page.
There could be issue of theme or plugin conflict. I would suggest to disable all plugins except DM and change the theme to the default 2020 theme to check which theme or plugin is causing the issue..

so that we can inspect the issue properly.
