All of our products update annually.
Those will be auto renewed after one year.
However, you can cancel the auto renewal anytime but in this case, though you will be able to use the plugins, you will miss the updates and pro support.

1. Test pay is a payment method. So if you add it, it will be added as a payment for all the packages. So not recommended to use test pay for free plans.
2. Yes if created behind, they will be emailed too. Because they are also the same user like others.
3. There will be no problem with multiple memberships for a person. All will run simultaneously.

There could be other issues in your site. In this case, I would suggest running a conflict test. You need to run a basic WordPress conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WPDM. Then check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

As the event of the issue is not identified There is nothing to do from me. I can suggest to keep the caching plugin turned off temporary. Then you will be able to know if the issue still persists, if it is gone then it is confirmed that cache plugin is causing it.

I see pdf is appearing properly without any issue. Could you please tell me how can I reproduce the issue?
If you are using cache plugin, then please clear cache of the site as sometimes cache may cause the issue by minifying javascript codes.

I have tested in few browsers.
The issue is appearing only in Safari browser
It is also okay in mozilla firefox
There could be some setting in Safari to fix it though I am not confirmed about it as I don’t use safari in mac.

If you deactivate the pdf viewer plugin, you will find the changes there.
