For adding default access we have another plugin below:

Kindly check that. It may be needed for you to use default values for download packages.

For updating template to change views you can follow the doc here.
You can change wpdm dashboard of viewsdirectory in src directory of wpdm pro plugin.
But you won’t be able to change template for pro membership plugin as there is no views directory.

1. Test pay is a payment method. So if you add it, it will be added as a payment for all the packages. So not recommended to use test pay for free plans.
2. Yes if created behind, they will be emailed too. Because they are also the same user like others.
3. There will be no problem with multiple memberships for a person. All will run simultaneously.

There could be other issues in your site. In this case, I would suggest running a conflict test. You need to run a basic WordPress conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WPDM. Then check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

If the issue still persists, please also share related website link as well as temporary admin access in a private reply.

As the event of the issue is not identified There is nothing to do from me. I can suggest to keep the caching plugin turned off temporary. Then you will be able to know if the issue still persists, if it is gone then it is confirmed that cache plugin is causing it.

I see pdf is appearing properly without any issue. Could you please tell me how can I reproduce the issue?
If you are using cache plugin, then please clear cache of the site as sometimes cache may cause the issue by minifying javascript codes.

Downloaded File name is appearing properly with space in my windows pc with chrome browser.

It is no a wpdm issue. It could be an issue from your device side.

If you deactivate the pdf viewer plugin, you will find the changes there.
