Download Issue: Failed – Network error

Hello,

Since the latest upgrade, we encounter issue with the document download and receive the error message “Failed – Network error”.

This is happening on all browsers. However, when on Google Chrome & Edge, when clicking on the “Resume” option on the downloded doc, then it works.

Would you have an idea what could causes that problem?

Hello,

I have discussed the issue with our developer team.
it looks like an issue with the server, in chrome it is working fine when I click resume after showing the network error.
Please contact with server support, if they can’t find it, we shall check it again
