Please provide access of your live site. I can give solution direct there. as I worked on stage12 it was okay. but I see that is not implementing on live site. Working on live site will be helpful for both of us. If you do so, I can assure you the problems will be fixed today.

The shortcode structure has been changed too so please use the latest structure of shortcodes.

I found an outdated addon of WPDM-button template. I updated that. Actually the current version of WPDM needs all addons of WPDM updated. I hope every issues are fixed now. Please check the old issues and let me know.

Have you updated the plugins and problem persists?
I updated manually in the staging site. That I suggested in the previous reply.
I am unable to login staging14. showing The username or password you entered is incorrect.
I have a question for you. Isn’t it better to work in the live site to fix than working in multiple staging sites?

I got the current version of downloads in the staging website. Every functions working properly in the staging website. I didn’t see your live website.

I think you failed to update wpdm addons. So please,
If you could provide temporary access to your website, I could help you to update the necessary addons or you can follow this to manually upload plugin.

It is a strange problem indeed.
Actually I am sorry I get no clue about this issue. you are the first here with this strange issue. I would suggest you to check this issue too when activate/deactivate plugins. also you can test it in incognito window of browser. I hope this will be fixed. If this persists, we can look more closely next time.

Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. Current version of wpdm is 6.0.3 . If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.

Then please follow this properly.

Yes it is possible by modifying the templates.

You need to follow these steps:
1. Copy all the files from the addon directory wpdm-archive-page/src/templates/filter/views/
2. Paste it to {your-active-theme}/download-manager/ (If there is not a download-manager directory, just create a new directory with this title)
3. Then edit and save texts according to your requirements

It should works.

sorry missed it. Here is the answers of two questions.

1. filter by category is not possible in stats. However If you need a custom add-on you can build one for you.

2. I don’t see any decimal. The horizontal line indicates monthly days and vertical line means the amount of download.

I think any plugin is conflicting with this functions.
Please deactivate/reactivate plugins to find the plugin which is causing the issue.
