Hi Emanuele,
Are you attaching those images from the media library? When you attach files from media library as URL WPDM simply redirect to that URL when a user clicks on the download button, but when you upload a file directly or attach a file from server as a server path, WPDM handles the download process and so there it can decide whether the file will open in browser or force download. So, if your file is already in the media library, and you want them to download instead of open in browser, please attach those files using the server file browser instead of the medial library file selector. But if you are not attaching files from the server still having the issue please give your temporary admin login info in a private reply with your site URL.
Thanks
Can you please share your temporary admin login info again?
Thanks
Elementor is conflicting with WPDM that’s the reason you are facing the problem to preview the templates.
Also, for now, the module doesn’t close automatically after sending the link to the client, but a message appears on the screen after the email sent.
You need to use a shortcode to display your file alphabetically. You can use any of those following shortcode.
Thanks
Please deactivate and reactivate the plugin, that should fix the issue. If you still face the problem share your site URL and temporary admin login info in a private reply.
Thanks

Hi,
We have changed the file type validation for upload and download for better security. Please allow the file types ( extensions ) from wpdm settings:

The .exe
extension is included in the allowed file type and working perfectly from our side. Please make sure you add the .exe
extension on the allowed file type and click Save Settings
. If you still face the problem give me your site URL and temporary admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
Thanks
Please deactivate and reactive WPDM, it may help. Also, it may occur because of conflicting somewhere, please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then

You should not remove the downloadable assets from the Media Library.
Thanks
