The easiest way is Enable Email Lock method and the login details will be enlistd in Downloads>Subscribers.

Which version you were using before the update?
Please update your Download Manager version. Then try again. If it does not work let us know.

Please follow the steps to upgrade:
1.Download the latest version from https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
2.Install and activate the latest version
3.Done!
Also check if there correct license key in your Downloads > Settings > License option. and save settings again. Then try again to update.
Hope it will not break your site. If it breaks please let us know.
From the next update, you will be able to use the automatic upgrade as usual.
Did you delete the old version and then check either you got new or not?
If you are facing the problem after deleting the old version you can share your login info to check your issue.

3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

You can check Downloads>Subscribers to know which users actually downnloaded the file. Downloaded will show on the right side of the users name and email address.

We have fixed the update, download files will be viewed only when user choose any category, and it will be available for everyone with the next plugin update.
But if you want you can share your temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.
Please go to the license page and simply save the license key again, it will revalidate your license and regenerate new access token, then try auto-update from the plugins page and it will work fine.
If that doesn’t work, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply, I shall check.
