When clicking on the link under package name for files downloaded on the pages DOWNLOAD HISTORY & LAST 5 DOWNLOADS it just goes to a blank screen.

Should it be allowing them to download again?

Hi,
It is happening due to your theme. I tested with another theme and it is working fine.
