For #1, For now, You can attach the files within the zip by attaching files individully for the package.
For #2, I think the link you have shared is package details page, you can use any page template from dropdown from the package setting, you can also use any custom page template adjusted by you from the same settings.
For #3, You can restrict the package by set Allow Access option from package settings.
