No, After upload and publish a file, you can’t move that file to the other directory. Then you should get the message File Not Found or File is missing. The file should reside in the same directory while it was uploaded. I hope you have understood

Hope you are well. you can create a new link-template and use this template tag, [pdf_thumb_WxH] in your link-template, it will show Image thumbnail from the attached PDF file with specified Width ( W ) and Height (H). If you are trying from Downloads > Categories, you can use Use Link Template from edit category option. And for showing certain categories with a shortcode on a page, you can use this shortcode, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_packages-wp_query-in-a-shortcode-for-download-manager-packages/. Here has a category parameter called categories. you can also use this shortcode too, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_category-query-all-downloads-from-one-or-more-categories/. please check, I hope those may help you

I have checked that, the browser giving 403 error error for download page,

I think this error may causing download for the packages and other issues,

The two most likely causes of the 403 Forbidden Error` on WordPress are:

#1, Corrupt .htaccess file
#2, Incorrect file permissions

The feature is working fine from my test site. I think it is conflicting somewhere within your site, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then, I hope you should find the issue through the process where causing the issue.

I have checked your video. you are trying to move the attached files for related packages. But it will lose the related path directory for that package. So after moving it is not work properly. For working properly, please reupload the file again for that package, and please update the package again. you are also capable of upload the file using Select From server option for pre-uploaded files. please check and let me know

For live_chat user will get a notification from a given email while the chat start and the admin can see and reply msg from the wp-admin > Message > Private Chat panel. For Now, Package access rule should be like this,

Package Access = Package Access + All Category Access = All Visitors + Subscribers = All Visitors

and Package Access = Package Access empty + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

or Package Access = Package Access(subscriber) + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers
