Can you please the lock options too from this doc,

Especially you may check the Email Lock option, you can also edit the Email Lock Notification email template from Downloads > Templates > Email Templates. you can also find the Template Variables from right side for email template editor, you can use in your template, [#username#], [#client_ip#], [#package_name#], [#name#] etc. please let me know, if it helps you

Hope you are well. package and category access are working fine from my testing site as the below described,

Package Access = Package Access + All Category Access = All Visitors + Subscribers = All Visitors

and Package Access = Package Access empty + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

or Package Access = Package Access(subscriber) + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

I have checked that this portion is missing from your side,

I think that there may have a conflict with your plugins or theme, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then

For premium packages, we have an add-on https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/premium-package-wordpress-digital-store-solution/, like woocommerce, you shall get common features like woocommerce in this add-on. and this is an individual plugin likely woocommerce. And woocommerce is another platform plugin. so dependably for WPDM packages, you have to use premium-package-wordpress-digital-store-solution plugin. please explore the plugin. I hope you shall get more user-friendly and flexibility with our plugin. please check
