And it can occur for your theme or plugin script conflict too. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

For #1, It was showing a login appearance because you have used the login="1" parameter in your shortcode.
For #2, I have removed the text from this directory file, themes\attire\templates\footers\footer1.php, please check now.
For #3, I have used thetags="blue" parameter in your shortcode. Now the shortcode is sorted by tags, please check now.
