I have checked your issue. I can’t able to browse the download packages, it redirects me to the home page. are you facing this issue too? I have also checked there are many plugins installed on your site. It can have conflict with other plugins too. Am I able to check enabling/disabling plugins or you can also check? And for the policies page, it is under development. Please check and let me know what can I check further on your issues.

Hope you are well. For updating the WPDM PRO plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel.
For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads -> Settings -> License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated, hope that, it will solve your issue.
If still, the problem exists then you can also manually update the plugin

I have brought information from our developer team that, When using jstable=1 you can’t use the shortcode multiple times on the same page. So any user has to use the shortcode only once or use the shortcode without the jstable parameter. I hope you have understood.
