For your user dashboard profile image change, for adjusting the picture of the user, If the user registered email profile image is signed up with https://gravatar.com, then it will get automatically for the profile image. Please check and let me know

please clarify more on your requirements. You can also share images on your these requirements
1. Create template, for PDFs, that includes the [doc_preview] tag?
2. In the individual PDF package editor page in WPDM, set the link or page template to that one I created that has the [doc_preview] tag?
3. Then to individually embed that PDF on a page, use the [wpdm_package id=“package-id-here”] tag to embed that PDF on a page with other content?

For now, bulk apply to media library files is not available. But you can also keep a feature request here,
And for your other question, uploaded directly in the Media Library show the Media Library, and uploaded through the WPDM interface you can see the files from this directory wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.
