Has the problem been resolved on your side? If you have already created a package. Then you will also be able to upload/attach files for that package. If you have kept just the file name you should keep the files in wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files dir too. For hiding the video for login restricted users, You can check the option from the When user is not allowed to download > Hide Everything option as I image attached,
And video playing issues, you can use a better caching plugin. please check and let me know, if it works for you.
