You can check this issue by enabling/disabling style/scripts from Downloads > Settings > User Interface. It can conflict with other plugins and your active theme scripts too. you can also try enabling/disabling them. please check and let me know if you have any query more

I have come forward with information that, it is happening due to the cache plugin or any server-related cache, Please exclude with wpdm query parameter wpdmdl, which should resolve the issue. please check and let me know
