The download limit should reset periodically. If you limit of 1 day after 24 hours it will reset. You can also check the download limit with the frontend option Show download limit notice at front-end from settings and shortcodes.
[wpdm_user_download_limit] – Shows current user’s download limit
[wpdm_user_download_limit remains=1] – Shows current user’s remaining download limit
[wpdm_user_download_count] – Shows – Shows current user’s download count for current period
[wpdm_download_limit_reset_timer] – Shows count down timer for download limit reset timeplease check and let me know.

I think the CSV file is not totally prepare for importing into convertkit tool or you may have to edit column or row data of the exported CSV matching for importing into your service.
