If you want to email via e-mail of CF7 with the package name tag it is the responsibility of CF7 authority, because the system runs from CF7. And Download Notifications Add-on will help you get an option to get an email or SMS notification when someone downloads a file from your site. Sorry, please check carefully it is test_user not Test_user1 :D. And for guest purchases without login there is also a Guest Download button beneath the login interface as I image attached,
please tell your customers if they are not registered they can use the Guest Download button option. And the math question feature is coming from Jetpack not WPDM, however, I have adjusted it with some CSS from the Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section. please check and let me know.

The mail is sent through the email lock notification template with form lock too. And if you want to email via e-mail of CF7 with the package name tag, it is possible if CF7 has created any WPDM package name template tag.
