By disabling this option the password field should come. If the problem persist, if possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue?

After changing the code make sure to save the permalink once to apply the new permalink as I image attached,

I have checked your issue. For now, you can keep the plan purchase without approval registration for signup, thus when any user registers on your site after subscribing to any plan, they will be assigned the plan and also the WordPress default role. However, you can change the subscription for any user plan from here Users > All Users > Manage Subscription > Change Subscription as I image attached,
And for successfully subscription to a plan and redirect to a page, you can set it from here from any plan edit section as I image attached,
And for your (User Login ID, Your Email Address, Be Secure, Do Not Forget) and also the repetitive text “Enter a valid email address” hidden issue, I have adjusted with some CSS from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.
And if you want to continue with the registration approval feature, please give the point description regarding the issue thus I can forward it to our related authority. please check and let me know, if you have any queries

I have checked your issue. please use the latest version of your browser. The issue was creating by your cache plugin WP Rocket. Deactivating the plugin it works as expected. Please exclude download pages from the cache plugin or you can also contact cache plugin support. please check and let me know
