Hello Scott,

I have back with the information from our team that, This is not a bug. When attaching a URL, the system identifies the unique identifier or query string of that video or content as the title. In such cases, the user needs to manually change the title from there. I hope you have understood. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

Hope you are well. And thanks for writing to us. If you are using shared hosting, go to cPanel and find/search for Multi PHP Manager. Select your domain. Or find/search PHP Selector, and for Current PHP Version, select 8.1. Thus I hope it will resolve your issue. please check and let me know.

Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. If you are using Download Manager Pro 1.6.3. It is a very old version, which causes the error for the latest compatibility. please upgrade your version to the latest. I hope it will resolve your issue. please check and let me know.

This is very weird. We don’t restrict any roles or terms for being recorded on the stats. Can you please give me any user credentials to check why it is not coming into stats? please check and let me know.

Have you tried for your client from a different browser if it is caused by the client browser? please let me know if you tried logging multiple users too and you have also said it is working for client users. please check and let me know.

You can also try logging from different users if the stats is not updating. If it is working from different users it should be working as expected. From where it is not working it can be his/her browser issue. please check and let me know.
