The login credentials are working now. However, I have checked that Advanced Custom Fields add-on is not on the latest version. The latest version of Advanced Custom Fields is 2.3.2. And for spinning issue, can you please check if there any script conflict remained, you can enable/disable style/script as I image attached from Private Message plugin settings? it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking.
And for emails logo and layout issue issues, please check the email settings from Messages > Settings > Email as I image attached

As we are using custom post type, it may not working like posts type. However, you can use the below code in any JS file for replacing Downloads text To Resources text for fs-option-label class div,
