Set cookies for download the package file.

Is there an option in the free/pro plugin to set cookies for download packages so that the user does not see the popup every time they click on the package button? Ideally, the user would only see the popup the first time, and afterward, they could directly download the package file without seeing the popup again. But download and view counts should be trackable in the look option.
