I have said for dropbox will fulfill your requirement. For box.com It may require to be residing in the European Economic Area or U.K for using their services. However, if you use dropbox add-on and WPDM PRO, I can confirm you that , it will fulfill your requirement, downloading the file will work directly from your website without being redirected to dropbox.com. I have got access for your website. However, for scrolling issue, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking. Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. Amazon S3 Addon is not installed on your site. However, For updating the WPDM PRO plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel.
For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads -> Settings -> License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated,
For updating WPDM add-ons, please download your plugin from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases,
And update manually from the wp-admin dashboard Plugins > Add New option. I hope, thus it will resolve your issue. For the Download > Settings > Updates option will may not work properly for some server settings. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

I have back with information from our team developer that, the exported CSV file is best suited for minor data updates rather than for handling descriptions or large datasets. We have disabled the description feature to prevent potential HTML errors that could arise. For importing descriptions, we recommend using WordPress’s built-in import tools, which are better suited for this purpose.
However, if you still wish to enable the description feature for CSV exports, kindly please provide WordPress login credentials. We will then adjust the code to enable this option for you. Please kindly check and let me know.
